• Guidelines for Dental Exhibition

1. Taipei and New Taipei City dental association Members: Enter with your “Member Attendance Badge ” or by presenting the “QR code” on your mobile app.
2. Non-Local Dentists (Registered for Academic Lectures): Enter with your ” Academic Conference Attendance Badge.”
3. Non-Local Dentists (Not Registered for Academic Lectures): Obtain an ” Doctor Visitor Badge ” at the information desk at the Area A exhibition entrance on the first floor by presenting your Dentist’s License or personal business card and completing the basic information form.
4. Dental-Related Students: Obtain an “Visitor Badge ” at the information desk at the Area A exhibition entrance on the first floor by presenting your Student ID and completing the basic information form.

• Participants: Dentists across Taiwan who consume at the exhibition venue.

• Participation Guidelines:

1. Requirement 1: A sales invoice (“銷貨單”) issued by the exhibitor after completing a purchase at the convention venue is required as proof. Note: Sales invoices without the exhibitor’s official company seal (Company seal, Receipt seal, or Invoice seal are acceptable) will be deemed invalid.
2. Requirement 2: Consumers must present the sales invoice and their attendance badge to the “Spending Tier Service Counter” to exchange for a “Prize Draw Entry Ticket” (“滿額摸彩券”). The on-site staff will then scan the consumer’s QR-CODE to complete the prize draw entry.
3. Entry Quota: You will receive 1 ticket for every NT$10,000 spent, **2 tickets** for NT$20,000 spent, and so on. There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be redeemed.
4. Draw Schedule: The prize draw will be conducted independently over two days. The online draws will take place daily at 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM. The entry of draw sequence numbers into the system will stop 30 minutes before each draw. Entries logged after 4:00 PM on the first day will be automatically entered into the draws for the second day. First-day tickets will expire after the conclusion of the first day’s exhibition, and the draws for the second day will start anew.

• Prize Redemption Notice:

1. Prize Collection: Prizes will not be awarded at the convention venue. The list of winners will be announced on the official websites of both associations within seven days after the convention. Winners must check the announcement themselves and claim the prize within thirty days of the announcement. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will be considered a waiver of the prize.
2. Tax Obligations: For prizes subject to taxation according to law, the organizing committee will only send the prize after the winner has transferred the tax amount to the designated account. The committee will issue a withholding certificate to the winner (Item: Prize money from chance winning). According to regulations regarding income from competitions, contests, and chance winnings: the payer is required to withhold tax at the time of payment based on the winner’s status. If the winner is a resident individual within the Republic of China (Taiwan), a 10% withholding tax on the prize amount is required. However, withholding is not necessary if the tax payable is less than NT$2,000.
3. Verification: After announcing the winners, the organizer will provide a “Winner Declaration Form” to be signed by the winner. It will be stipulated that the winner must provide documentation sufficient to prove the transaction (invoice, receipt, contract, etc.) within thirty days of the announcement to claim the prize. If the winner is unable to sign the declaration form or provide the required documentation, they may choose to forfeit the prize.
4. Eligibility: After verification post-convention, if the winner is found not to be a licensed dentist, they will not be eligible to receive the prize.

• Prize Collection Procedure

Organizer announces the list of winners → Notify winners and provide the “Winner Declaration Form” →Winner provides: Transaction proof documents, Signed Declaration Form, Tax payment transfer →Organizer sends the Prize (or Gift Certificate) and Acknowledgement of Receipt → Winner provides the Signed Acknowledgement of Receipt

Have Fun at the Expo, Collect Stamps and Get Rewards!

• Participants: Members of Taipei Dental Association and New Taipei City Dental Association.
• How to participate: On check-in each day, every member receives a stamps card, which is for use of the same day only.
• Reward Point Collection Area:

Area A and D (Dental Exhibition Booths)

A total of 30 designated booth spaces are included in the stamp collection area.

The booths are divided into four color zones (Blue, Black, Green, Red) according to the carpet color of each exhibitor’s location.

Each zone has a designated number of stamp spaces, proportionally allocated based on the number of exhibitors in that zone.

• Stamp Collection Rules

1. You may collect stamps from any exhibitors within the same zone. The same exhibitor cannot stamp more than once per day. Example: If Exhibitor A stamps twice on Saturday, the duplicate stamp will be invalid.
2. Stamps cannot be collected across zones. Example: A stamp from the Red Zone cannot be placed in the Blue Zone area. Cross-zone stamps will be invalid.
3. The exhibitor’s assigned zone is based on the official exhibitor list announced by the Association. If an exhibitor’s booth happens to cover two carpet colors, please refer to the official list for their designated zone.

• How to redeem prizes
  After you have collected full stamps, present your “Completion of Voucher for Dental Exhibition” at the information desk in exchange for a giveaways, a points cards lottery ticket and a purchase target draw lottery ticket. (limited to 1000 tickets, while stocks last)
• Attention

1. When you go to any booth to collect your points, though it is not required to consume, please obey the exhibition order and show your etiquette.
2. Your points card is deemed invalid if it is defaced to the extent that it becomes unidentifiable. Photocopied cards are deemed invalid too.
3. Once given away, gifts cannot be returned with any reason whatsoever.
4. The organizer reserves its right of final interpretation as well as the right to change the activity. For the latest information, please visit our Website and the notification at site.
5. This activity is designed to encourage members to visit the dental exhibition. Each person can hold one points card only. That one person holds more than one points cards is prohibited, otherwise the organizer is entitled to disqualify their participation in the activity to conform to the activity’s spirit and ensure its fairness.
6. If there are any amendments to the regulations, the final announcement shall prevail.
