Taipei Dental Association Member Benefits for Attending 2026 GTIDEC

Reminder

  1. The Congress-exclusive App is fully functional, user-friendly, and has received widespread positive feedback. For this congress, dental material vouchers will be fully digitized (no paper vouchers will be issued). The collection and use of dental material vouchers will be integrated into the Congress-exclusive App. Members are kindly requested to download the App in advance to stay up to date with congress information and enjoy smooth access throughout the event.
  2. The registration area is not divided into different regions, thus members can register at any of the windows. TO uphold the members’ privileges, please comply with the following：
  1. Bring our ”member’s attendance card” with you and scan the QR-code on the card to register quickly.
  2. Bring your “identification documents（such as national ID card, nation health insurance card or driver’s license）. 
  3. Please pay your membership fee in advance（to avoid waiting in line to make payment at the GTIDEC）.
  4. Since the GTIDEC area is not open to the general public, members are required to wear their attendance cards at all times.
  5. The QR code displayed on the badge and in the App is a personal, member-specific QR code. Except for registration, souvenir collection, entry to the dental exhibition, and dental material voucher redemption, please keep it properly secured. Members are advised not to display the QR code casually or allow others to photograph or scan it.
  1. To support the less paper environmental initiative, the GTIDEC handbook will not be distributed in advance and will be provided to the member at the GTIDEC on March 16. 
  2. In the event of a major emergency or escalation in the pandemic situation resulting in the interruption of GTIDEC , it will be postponed, and the postponement announcement will be distributed through electronic media.
  3. Any matters not covered herein or subsequent amendments will be announced separately.

※According to the Civil Associations Act, a proxy may attend the GTIDEC on behalf of the association’s member; no other individuals (including family) will be accepted.
